Delivery

Delivery of goods is carried out by the carrier Nova Poshta.

The following delivery methods are available:

Pickup from Nova Poshta

Pickup from a convenient branch or post office throughout Ukraine, with the exception of temporarily occupied territories.

Before shipment, the goods are thoroughly checked and insured.

The cost of delivery is calculated according to the carrier's rates.

Upon arrival of the goods at the branch or post office, you will receive a notification. The goods will be stored at the branch or post office for 7 days, after which the shipment will be automatically returned to us.

When receiving the goods, be sure to check the contents of the package and the integrity of the order in the presence of a postal service employee. We do not guarantee the resolution of disputes in your favour if the goods were not checked upon receipt.

Address delivery by courier

We also offer address delivery, where your order is delivered by Nova Poshta courier directly to your address. You can find the terms and rates for this service on the Nova Poshta website.

 

Payment

Cash on delivery

You can pay for your order at a Nova Poshta office after checking the shipment. By picking up your order, you confirm that you have no claims against the online store or the carrier.

Bank cards

You can pay for your order on the website using Visa or Mastercard in Ukrainian Hryvnia. To do this, select the card payment method on the order payment page. There is no commission charged to the buyer for these payment methods.
