Warranty and returns

Warranty period - the period during which the manufacturer (seller or any third party) undertakes to repair or replace the relevant product free of charge in case it does not work properly or it has the defect that arose through the fault of manufacturer during warranty period.

To request a warranty repair, you need to:

  • Contact us, describe the problem and attach the video or photo of the defect if appliable.
  • Provide an order number, sales receipt/invoice.

We don't accept the orders if the following rules has been violated:

  • If the seals and/or stickers have been broken.
  • If there is mechanical damage or thermal damage.
  • If the rules for using the product have been violated.
  • If there are signs of opening or repair.
  • If the warranty card is filled out incorrectly or there are corrections.
  • In case of natural wear and tear of the product.
  • In case of damage caused by an emergency increase or decrease in voltage in the electrical network.

Please make sure that the product is in clean form. We don't accept contaminated goods for repair.

Refunds

The return of goods is regulated by the Law of Ukraine ‘On Protection of Consumer Rights'.

You can return or exchange the product during 14 days period , excluding the date of purchase. The date of purchase is considered to be the day you received the order.

How to return or exchange the product

To return the product, please make sure that:
  • No more than 14 days have passed since the date of purchase.
  • The product must be complete and show no signs of use. All packaging materials, including seals and labels, must be intact.
  • When exchanging/returning Bundles, all Products included in the set must be present. Exchange or return of individual Bundle Products is not provided for.

Please be informed, that we do not accept the refunds or exchange of mouse pads if the seal on the package has been teared.

The buyer is responsible for all delivery fees when returning a product in proper condition.

We compensate the delivery costs when returning the defective goods.
